MPF(마스터 제공자 파일) 데이터 시스템에는 각 캘리포니아 카운티의 SUD(약물 사용 장애) 제공자 기록이 보관되어 있습니다. MPF 팀은 SUD 기록의 데이터 관리 및 유지 관리를 담당합니다.
MPF 데이터베이스란 무엇인가요?
MPF는 제공자 등록 정보 관리 기업(PRIMe), 캘리포니아 결과 측정 시스템(CalOMS), 약물 및 알코올 치료 접근성 보고서(DATAR) 등 상호 연결된 데이터베이스 그룹입니다.
The MPF Team assists California counties in the management of their SUD provider record information. Current and accurate SUD provider records ensure successful submissions for Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) claims, monthly CalOMS submissions, monthly DATAR submissions, Primary Prevention data submissions, quarterly Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services Block Grant (SUBG) invoices/ledgers, and annual fiscal Cost Reports. California counties can contact the MPF Team at MPF@dhcs.ca.gov.

California counties communicate provider record information to the MPF Team by submitting the appropriate MPF Form. California counties can email the MPF Team to request the most current MPF Forms at MPF@dhcs.ca.gov.
