The Excel Participation Prerequisite runs with Macros, therefore you need to set your Macro Security to Medium or Low.  Before opening the survey, open Excel and click the “Tools” menu from the top menu bar then select “Macro” and then “Security”. In the dialog box, verify security is set to Medium or Low.  This should enable you to use the survey properly.  If you set security to Medium, you will need to select “Enable Macros” when prompted. ​​

Excel 2007은 호환성 모드에서 참여 필수 구성 요소를 실행합니다.  참여 전제 조건을 열고 닫을 때 Excel이 호환성 모드에서 매크로를 로드하는 동안 눈에 띄는 지연이 발생할 수 있습니다. Excel을 열 때 로드 중이거나 닫을 때 로드 해제 중일 때 Excel 제목 표시줄에 '응답하지 않음'이 표시될 수 있습니다.  참여 전제 조건을 닫는 속도를 높이려면 설문조사를 먼저 저장한 다음 설문조사를 닫은 다음 Excel을 종료합니다.​​
