비상 상황 관리란 무엇인가요?​​ 

비상 관리(CM)는 각성제 사용 장애를 앓고 있는 개인을 치료하고 회복의 길을 지원하기 위해 동기 부여를 제공하는 증거 기반 치료법입니다. 각성제에 대한 약물 검사에서 음성이 나온 것처럼 개인의 긍정적인 행동 변화를 인식하고 강화합니다. CM은 각성제 사용 장애를 앓고 있는 개인에게 약물 사용 감소 또는 중단, 치료 유지 기간 연장 등 강력한 결과를 입증한 유일한 치료법입니다.​​ 

While CM has been tested using other sources of funding, California is the first state in the country to receive federal approval of CM as a benefit in the Medicaid program through the CalAIM 1115 Demonstration.​​

Participating Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) counties will launch the CM benefit in the first quarter of 2023, in accordance with approval from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as part of the CalAIM 1115 Demonstration. Eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries will participate in a structured 24-week outpatient program, followed by six or more months of additional recovery support services. Individuals will be able to earn motivational incentives in the form of low-denomination gift cards, with a retail value determined per treatment episode.​​
