프로젝트 임대 지원 811​​   

The California 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) program is a collaborative formal partnership between the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), the State’s Medicaid agency, the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and the State’s three housing entities: the California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA), the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC).   ​​  

California’s Project Rental Assistance Demonstration (Section 811) program to provide permanent supportive housing for extremely low-income persons with disabilities, particularly those who reside in a long-term care facility and desire to return to community living. A primary barrier to returning to the community from a long-term facility is lack of affordable housing.​​

• 비활성화됨;​​  
• 60일 이상 장기 의료 시설에 거주하며 지역사회 생활로 복귀를 원하거나 시설화 위험이 있는 경우.​​
