The California 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) program is a collaborative formal partnership between the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), the State’s Medicaid agency, the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and the State’s three housing entities: the California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA), the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC).    

California’s Project Rental Assistance Demonstration (Section 811) program to provide permanent supportive housing for extremely low-income persons with disabilities, particularly those who reside in a long-term care facility and desire to return to community living. A primary barrier to returning to the community from a long-term facility is lack of affordable housing. 

이 프로그램에 참여하려면 신청자는 자격 요건을 모두 충족해야 합니다:  

• 18~61세 사이; 
• 비활성화됨; 
• 60일 이상 장기 의료 시설에 거주하며 지역사회 생활로 복귀를 원하거나 시설화 위험이 있는 경우. 
• 커뮤니티 기반 서비스 및 지원을 받을 자격이 있는 Medi-Cal 자격이 있는 개인.
