정신 및 행동 건강 유권자의 다양한 이해관계를 수용하고 구성에 대한 연방 요건을 준수하기 위해 기획위원회는 보건복지부에서 임명하는 32명의 위원과 8명의 주정부 부서 대표로 구성됩니다.
- 20명의 지명인은 가족 구성원, 행동 건강 서비스 이용 경험이 있는 사람 또는 이용 경험이 있는 사람을 대신하여 옹호하는 단체를 대표하는 사람이어야 합니다. 가족 8명, 생활 경험자 8명, 생활 경험자 옹호자 4명으로 구성됩니다.
- 12명의 지명자는 정신건강 전문 기관 및 제공업체의 대표자입니다.
- 8명의 위원은 정신 건강 고객에게 서비스를 제공하는 주 정부 부처의 대표입니다.
Planning Council members are appointed to three-year terms and may re-apply for appointment. Council Members’ responsibilities include regular attendance at Planning Council meetings and active participation in committees. Some Planning Council members are asked to represent the Planning Council at meetings of other organizations, such as the California Behavioral Health Directors Association (CBHDA), the California Association of Local Behavioral Health Boards and Commissions (CALBHB/C), and the California Coalition for Behavioral Health (CCBH).
