ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਟੈਚਮੈਂਟ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਸਟੇਟ ਪਲਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧਾਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਫਾਰ ਮੈਡੀਕੇਅਰ ਐਂਡ ਮੈਡੀਕੇਡ ਸਰਵਿਸਿਜ਼ (CMS) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।  ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਲਿੰਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਾਪੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
