2014 ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਿਤ ਰਾਜ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਸੋਧਾਂ (SPA)
ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਅਟੈਚਮੈਂਟਾਂ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਸਟੇਟ ਪਲਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧਾਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੈਂਟਰਸ ਫਾਰ ਮੈਡੀਕੇਅਰ ਐਂਡ ਮੈਡੀਕੇਡ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (CMS) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਟੇਕਹੋਲਡਰ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਲਿੰਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਾਪੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
