ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਵਾਈਡਰ ਫਾਈਲ (MPF) ਡੇਟਾ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਹਰੇਕ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਕਾਉਂਟੀ ਲਈ ਸਬਸਟੈਂਸ ਯੂਜ਼ ਡਿਸਆਰਡਰ (SUD) ਪ੍ਰਦਾਤਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ। MPF ਟੀਮ SUD ਰਿਕਾਰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਡੇਟਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਖ-ਰਖਾਅ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੈ।
MPF ਡੇਟਾਬੇਸ ਕੀ ਹੈ?
MPF ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੁੜੇ ਡੇਟਾਬੇਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੂਹ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੋਵਾਈਡਰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ ਇਨਫਰਮੇਸ਼ਨ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਐਂਟਰਪ੍ਰਾਈਜ਼ (PRIMe), ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਆਉਟਕਮ ਮਾਪ ਸਿਸਟਮ (CalOMS), ਅਤੇ ਡਰੱਗ ਐਂਡ ਅਲਕੋਹਲ ਟ੍ਰੀਟਮੈਂਟ ਐਕਸੈਸ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ (DATAR) ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
The MPF Team assists California counties in the management of their SUD provider record information. Current and accurate SUD provider records ensure successful submissions for Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) claims, monthly CalOMS submissions, monthly DATAR submissions, Primary Prevention data submissions, quarterly Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services Block Grant (SUBG) invoices/ledgers, and annual fiscal Cost Reports. California counties communicate provider record information to the MPF Team by submitting the appropriate MPF Form. California counties can email the MPF Team to request the most current MPF Forms at MPF@dhcs.ca.gov.
