The Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCTP) provides cancer treatment Medi-cal coverage to eligible low-income California residents diagnosed with breast and/or cervical cancer. Enrolling Providers play an important role assisting individuals in obtaining the treatment and services they need by screening and enrolling them online.

To become a Medi-Cal provider, and to help individuals enroll into the BCCTP, you can apply through the Provider Application and Validation for Enrollment (PAVE) System Webpage.

Only Medi-Cal providers may submit applications for a BCCTP eligibility determination. To do so, you must participate in Every Woman Counts (EWC) or Family Planning, Access, Care and Treatment (Family PACT) programs.

BCCTP ਯੋਗਤਾ ਨਿਦਾਨ
ਜੇਕਰ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਨਿਦਾਨ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਿਦਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ (NOS), ਤਾਂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਪੈਥੋਲੋਜੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ (916) 440-5693; ਜਾਂ BCCTP@dhcs.ca.gov 'ਤੇ ਫੈਕਸ ਜਾਂ ਈ-ਮੇਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ DHCS ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਇਹ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਯੋਗ ਤਸ਼ਖ਼ੀਸ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। BCCTP ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
