The Random Moment Time Survey ​(RMTS) Administrative Unit is an entity that administers the RMTS. Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) recognizes two types of Administrative Units for claiming purposes: Local Educational Consortias (LECs) and the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD).​
