California, in conjunction with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), releases yearly rates for the California Demonstration to Integrate Care for Dual Eligible Beneficiaries, also known as Cal MediConnect. The general principles of the rate development process for the Demonstration have been outlined in the three-way contract between CMS, California, and the Prime Contractor Plans.
