Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Net is a full-scope case management system for California Children’s Services (CCS) and the Genetically Handicapped Persons Program (GHPP).  The Children’s Medical Services Branch’s Information Technology Section, the California Department of Technology Services, and various contractors support the CMS Net system.
