Return to Managed Care Monitoring

The Dashboard is a monitoring tool produced quarterly by Department of Health Care Servics (DHCS). The Dashboard contains comprehensive data on a variety of measures including enrollment, health care utilization, appeals and grievances, network adequacy and quality of care. Information contained in the Dashboard assists DHCS and its stakeholders in observing and understanding managed care plan (MCP) performance statewide.
