The Notices workgroup provides an ongoing forum for Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Covered California, California Welfare Directors Association (CWDA) and consumer advocates to meet and collaborate on the content, readability and messaging of program eligibility determination notices generated by the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment, and Retention System (CalHEERS) and the Statewide Automated Welfare System (SAWS) which are sent to applicants and beneficiaries.  The workgroup is comprised of representatives from consumer advocacy organizations, CWDA, Covered California, and DHCS.
