This notice informs beneficiaries about the required enrollment into a Medi-Cal managed care health plans. Beneficiaries in Non-County Organized Health Systems (non-COHS) counties will receive information on how to make a plan choice, while beneficiaries in County Organized Health Systems (COHS) counties will be informed which plan they will be enrolled in.
