This letter provides a brief description of the SB 75 full scope expansion, general information on the increase in benefits, mandatory Medi-Cal managed care health plan enrollment, and frequently asked questions. There are two versions of this letter depending on if the individual lives in County Organized Health Systems (COHS) or non-COHS county.
