The Performance Outcomes System Reporting and activities will continue under the scope of the MHS Performance Dashboard.  The MHS Performance Dashboard consists of ongoing performance outcomes and metrics reporting based on the following mandates:

• California Code, Welfare and Institutions Code – WIC § 14707.5 (added as part of SB 1009, sec. 248 on 6/27/2012 & amended as part of AB 82, sec. 67 on 1/10/13)
• California Code, Welfare and Institutions Code – WIC § 14707.7 (added as part of AB 470 on 10/7/17)
• Medicaid Waiver 1915(b) Special Terms and Conditions #1 (STC 1)
