In July 2020, the Department of Health Care Services (Department) sent letters to Medi-Cal providers requesting that a 340B Drug Pricing Self-Audit be performed. Based upon feedback received from impacted providers and provider associations, the Department compiled frequently asked Questions and Answers (Q&A) to assist providers with completion of the self-audit. With the 340B Drug Pricing Self-Audits completed, the Q&A compilation will continue to be maintained for posterity.
