The CBHPC advocates for children with serious emotional disturbances and adults and older adults with serious mental illness. The Legislation and Public Policy Committee (LPPC) sends letters to state and federal legislators and policy makers in order to achieve the Council’s mission to review, evaluate, and advocate for an accessible and effective behavioral health system.
