मेडी-काल बेनिफिट के रूप में डायडिक सेवाएं​​  

स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सेवा विभाग (DHCS) ने जनवरी 1, 2023 से प्रभावी लाभ के रूप में डायडिक सेवाओं को जोड़ा है। फीस-फॉर-सर्विस (FFS) और प्रबंधित देखभाल योजनाओं (MCPs) के माध्यम से मेडी-काल सदस्यों के लिए डायडिक सेवाएं उपलब्ध हैं।​​ 

Dyadic services are a family and caregiver focused model of care intended to address developmental and behavioral health conditions of children and includes services provided to parent(s)/caregiver(s) (known as a “dyad”). Dyadic services help improve access to preventive care for children and rates of immunization completion. They also address coordination of care, child social-emotional health and safety, developmentally appropriate parenting, and maternal mental health. Dyadic services include the following:​​

बच्चे (21 वर्ष से कम आयु के मेडी-काल सदस्य) और उनके माता-पिता/देखभालकर्ता (ओं) व्यवहार/सामाजिक/भावनात्मक स्क्रीनिंग मूल्यांकन के लिए ब्राइट फ्यूचर्स/अमेरिकन एकेडमी ऑफ पीडियाट्रिक्स आवधिकता अनुसूची के अनुसार वितरित किए जाने पर और जब चिकित्सकीय रूप से आवश्यक हो, डीबीएच यात्राओं के लिए पात्र होते हैं। डायडिक सेवाएं 21 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों और उनके माता-पिता/देखभाल करने वालों (ओं) के लिए एकीकृत शारीरिक और व्यवहारिक स्वास्थ्य जांच और सेवाएं हैं।​​ 

डायडिक सेवाएं गैर-मेडी-काल के पात्र माता-पिता (ओं) /बच्चों की देखभाल करने वाले (21 वर्ष से कम आयु के मेडी-काल सदस्य) के लिए उपलब्ध हैं, जब तक कि डायडिक सेवा बच्चे के प्रत्यक्ष लाभ के लिए है। माता-पिता/देखभालकर्ता (ओं) परिवार प्रशिक्षण और परामर्श सहित विशिष्ट मूल्यांकन, स्क्रीनिंग, परामर्श और संक्षिप्त हस्तक्षेप सेवाएं प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।​​ 

For Medi-Cal FFS members, questions regarding Medi-Cal’s dyadic services benefit should be directed to their treating health care provider.  Medi-Cal MCP members should talk to their treating health care provider or MCP to assist them in determining if dyadic services are appropriate.
