The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is releasing Request for Proposal (RFP) #26-002 for the Medi-Cal Publications and Accessibility (MCPA) procurement . The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from firms that can revise existing and create new Medi-Cal program publication materials as directed by  DHCS. The publication revision and development process includes, but is not limited to, creating, editing, updating, translating, providing readability services, and creating ADA-compliant documents and media. In addition, the Contractor will create, edit, and translate documents into alternative formats, as specified by the DHCS. Publications may include but are not limited to electronic materials. The Contractor will maintain privacy and security, receive secure data from DHCS via secure data exchange services and provide monthly reports as specified by DHCS.​​

The Procurement and Contracting Division announces the release of Request for Proposal 26-002.​​ 

IMPORTANT:  This RFP has officially released to the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) using the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. Please use the instructions provided below to navigate to, and download, the RFP. All subsequent document releases for this RFP will also be made to the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. As noted on the PCD home page, it is highly recommended that all vendors wishing to contract with the State of California complete registration for the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal system as it is the official location for RFP/IFB releases. Registration will also allow vendors to receive automatic notifications when contracting opportunities are posted for business categories of their choosing. If selected as a contractor, this system will be used for payments covered by the contract.​​
