Current and accurate SUD provider records ensure successful submissions for Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) claims, monthly CalOMS submissions, monthly DATAR submissions, Primary Prevention data submissions, quarterly Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services Block Grant (SUBG) invoices/ledgers, and annual fiscal Cost Reports. California counties can contact the MPF Team at MPF@dhcs.ca.gov.​​
