As required by the CalAIM 1115 Demonstration’s Special Terms and Conditions, the State must submit evaluation reports to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to determine and analyze the impacts of several demonstration programs over the course of the demonstration period. On June 27, 2022, DHCS submitted the Draft Evaluation Design for Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) Initiative, Global Payment Program (GPP), and Dually Eligible Beneficiary Satisfaction in the Medi-Cal Matching Process.

On December 5, 2022, DHCS received CMS comments on the Draft Evaluation Design. The due date for the PATH/GPP/Duals Evaluation Design has been formally extended by CMS to January 25, 2024.

7 、 2025 11月に、DHCSはCS、PATH、GPP、デュアル、再入国、およびマネージドケアプランの実証に関する評価設計についてCMSの承認を受けました。

12 月29日、 2025 、DHCS は次の CalAIM 中間評価レポートの草案を CMS に提出しました。
