Bond BHCIP Round 2: Unmet Needs grant funding awards of $1.18 billion were announced on March 11, 2026. Through this final round of funding, DHCS prioritized the remaining gaps in the behavioral health continuum, mental health community residential and crisis settings, distribution of funds to rural/remote areas with outstanding behavioral health needs, geographic areas with no prior BHCIP infrastructure projects, and regional models.

- 성인 거주형 약물 사용 장애(SUD) 시설은 면허 준수 요건을 충족하기 위해 최소 하나 이상의 DHCS 치료 수준(LOC) 지정 및/또는 최소 하나 이상의 ASAM 거주형 LOC 인증을 획득해야 합니다.
- 커뮤니티 웰니스 센터 시설 유형은 주로 정신 건강(MH) 외래 환자 시설로 지정되어 있지만, 약물 사용 장애(SUD) 또는 통합 정신 건강 및 SUD 치료 서비스를 제공할 수도 있습니다.

DHCS has discretion to allocate the remaining funds from projects rescinded or relinquished to other eligible applicant
