개인 간호사 제공자(INP) 또는 개인 간호(PDN)를 위한 캘리포니아 전자 방문 확인(CalEVV)( Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)) 웹사이트에 오신 것을 환영합니다.
캘리포니아에서는 CalEVV 요건에서 면제되는 것으로 간주되는 동거 간병인에 대한 정의를 다음과 같이 정했습니다.
정의
"거주 간병인"은 한 번에 24시간 이상 정기적으로 수혜자의 집에 머무르며 승인된 개인 케어 서비스(PCS) 및 가정 건강 관리 서비스(HHCS)를 제공하는 간병인입니다.

In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) 공급자
Individual Waiver Personal Care Service (WPCS) providers and IHSS providers following the self-directed model and that receive payment directly from the state will not submit EVV data using CalEVV. Individual WPCS and IHSS providers must comply with the IHSS EVV requirements published on the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) EVV website and submit EVV data utilizing the IHSS EVV Mobile Application, the IHSS Electronic Services Portal, or the IHSS Telephone Timesheet System. WPCS providers employed by PCS agencies must comply with EVV requirements using CalEVV. For more information and policies regarding IHSS EVV, please see the CDSS EVV website.
