On September 15, 2026, DHCS released the Request for Applications (RFA) for the Scaling Dyadic Care Grant Program, a two-year statewide program under the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative. The RFA outlines a grant opportunity designed to expand dyadic care, a Medi-Cal reimbursable benefit that delivers integrated behavioral health services to young children and their caregivers within pediatric primary care settings. The grant program supports eligible Medi-Cal organizations in building clinical, operational, and billing infrastructure to implement the Medi‑Cal dyadic services benefit. The RFA provides detailed information about program goals, eligibility criteria, funding tiers, application requirements, grant timelines, and expectations for participation in technical assistance and data reporting. The RFA will close on Oct 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (PDT).​​

On September 23, 2026, DHCS hosted a webinar with an overview of the Scaling Dyadic Care Grant Program Request for Applications (RFA), including California’s vision for dyadic care and the Medi-Cal dyadic services benefit. 다이아딕 서비스 소개​​ 

DHCS는 1년 2023부터 2인 서비스 혜택을 추가했습니다. 메디칼(Medi-Cal) 회원은 진료비 지불 방식(FFS)과 관리형 의료 플랜(MCP)을 통해 쌍방향 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.​​ 

쌍방향 서비스는 아동의 발달 및 행동 건강 문제를 해결하기 위해 고안된 가족 및 보호자 중심의 치료 모델이며, 부모/보호자(이른바 "쌍방향 서비스")에게 제공되는 서비스를 포함합니다. 양자 협력 서비스는 아동의 예방 진료 접근성 및 예방 접종 완료율을 향상시키는 데 도움이 됩니다. 또한 이들은 의료 서비스 조정, 아동의 사회 정서적 건강 및 안전, 발달 단계에 적합한 양육, 그리고 산모의 정신 건강 문제도 다룹니다. 다이아딕 서비스는 다음과 같습니다.​​ 

  • 행동 건강(DBH) 방문​​ 
  • 커뮤니티 지원 서비스 이용​​ 
  • 심리 교육 서비스​​ 
  • 자녀 발달을 위한 가족 교육 및 상담​​ 

아동(21세 미만 Medi-Cal 가입자)과 부모/간병인은 행동/사회/정서 선별 평가를 위한 Bright Futures/American Academy of Pediatrics 정기 일정에 따라, 그리고 의학적으로 필요한 경우 DBH 방문을 받을 수 있습니다. 소아과 서비스는 만 21세 미만 아동과 부모/보호자를 위한 통합 신체 및 행동 건강 검진 및 서비스입니다.​​ 

다이애디 서비스가 아동에게 직접적인 혜택이 되는 한, 다이애디 서비스는 메디칼 자격이 없는 아동(21세 미만 메디칼 가입자)의 부모/간병인(들)도 이용할 수 있습니다. 부모/보호자는 특정 평가, 검사, 상담, 가족 교육 및 상담을 포함한 간단한 개입 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다.​​ 

메디칼 FFS 회원의 경우, 메디칼의 부부 공동 진료 혜택에 관한 질문은 담당 의료 제공자에게 문의하십시오. Medi-Cal MCP 회원은 담당 의료 제공자 또는 MCP 담당자와 상담하여 부부 공동 서비스가 적절한지 여부를 판단해야 합니다. 메디칼의 MCP 회원은 메디칼 관리형 의료 플랜 디렉토리에서 찾을 수 있는 일반 정보 문의처를 이용할 수 있습니다. ​​
