메디칼 혜택으로서의 다이애딕 서비스​​  

보건복지부(DHCS)는 1년 2023월부터 다태성 서비스를 급여로 추가했습니다. Medi-Cal 가입자는 행위별 수가제(FFS) 및 매니지 케어 플랜(MCP)을 통해 다이애딕 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.​​ 

Dyadic services are a family and caregiver focused model of care intended to address developmental and behavioral health conditions of children and includes services provided to parent(s)/caregiver(s) (known as a “dyad”). Dyadic services help improve access to preventive care for children and rates of immunization completion. They also address coordination of care, child social-emotional health and safety, developmentally appropriate parenting, and maternal mental health. Dyadic services include the following:​​ 

  • 행동 건강(DBH) 방문​​ 
  • 커뮤니티 지원 서비스 이용​​ 
  • 심리 교육 서비스​​ 
  • 자녀 발달을 위한 가족 교육 및 상담​​ 

아동(21세 미만 Medi-Cal 가입자)과 부모/간병인은 행동/사회/정서 선별 평가를 위한 Bright Futures/American Academy of Pediatrics 정기 일정에 따라, 그리고 의학적으로 필요한 경우 DBH 방문을 받을 수 있습니다. 소아과 서비스는 만 21세 미만 아동과 부모/보호자를 위한 통합 신체 및 행동 건강 검진 및 서비스입니다.​​ 

다이애디 서비스가 아동에게 직접적인 혜택이 되는 한, 다이애디 서비스는 메디칼 자격이 없는 아동(21세 미만 메디칼 가입자)의 부모/간병인(들)도 이용할 수 있습니다. 부모/보호자는 특정 평가, 검사, 상담, 가족 교육 및 상담을 포함한 간단한 개입 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다.​​ 

For Medi-Cal FFS members, questions regarding Medi-Cal’s dyadic services benefit should be directed to their treating health care provider.  Medi-Cal MCP members should talk to their treating health care provider or MCP to assist them in determining if dyadic services are appropriate.
