DHCS 면허 및 인증 포털(LCP)은 약물 사용 장애 면허 및 인증, 정신 건강 면허 및 인증, 마약 치료 프로그램, 음주 운전 프로그램 등 DHCS에서 운영하는 다양한 행동 건강 프로그램에 대한 신청서를 접수합니다. 알코올 및 기타 약물 프로그램 및 시설, 정신 건강 재활 센터, 정신과 의료 시설, 정신과 입원 치료 시설, 사회 재활 프로그램, 단기 입원 치료 프로그램, 아동 위기 입원 프로그램, 특수 치료 프로그램, 마약 치료 프로그램 또는 음주 운전 프로그램(DUI) 프로그램을

제공자는 이제 최초 신청, 치료 수준 지정, 수정 및 갱신 신청서와 분기별 보고서를 제출하고 허가 및/또는 인증된 프로그램에 대한 업데이트를 할 수 있습니다.프로그램 참여를 희망하거나 현재 참여 중인 기관은 로그인하여 기관 정보를 설정하고, 추가 사용자를 초대하고, 시설을 추가하고, 온라인으로 신청서를 제출할 수 있습니다.

라이선스 및 인증 부서(LCD)는 이제 자동 청산소(ACH) 네트워크를 통해 처리되는 전자 자금 이체를 이용한 온라인 결제를 허용합니다. 전자 방식으로 수수료를 지불하려는 의료기관은 캘리포니아주 의료 서비스국 내에 제공된 지침을 따를 수 있습니다:

The Licensing and Certification Division (LCD) focuses on compliance with State and Federal statute, regulations, and other governing requirements. LCD oversees licensing and certification functions, monitoring, and complaints for Driving-Under-the-Influence Programs, Narcotic Treatment Programs, residential mental health programs, and outpatient and residential providers. LCD also oversees and conducts complaint investigations on certified Alcohol and Other Drug counselors and counselor certification. LCD is also responsible for the licensing, monitoring, unusual occurrence reviews, and complaints for Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers, Psychiatric Health Facilities, and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities, as well as the approvals of 5150 facilities designated by the counties for the purpose of 72-hour treatment and evaluation under the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act and the Children’s Civil Commitment and Mental Health Treatment Act.
