행동 건강 면허 및 인증 포털에 새로운 신청서 유형이 추가되었습니다.​​ 

이제 행동 건강 면허 및 인증 포털에서 수정 신청서를 접수하여 DHCS에서 관리하는 4가지 약물 사용 장애(SUD) 면허 및 인증 신청 유형을 모두 온라인으로 이용할 수 있게 됩니다. 알코올 및 기타 약물 제공자는 이제 면허 및/또는 인증 프로그램에 대한 최초, 치료 수준 지정, 수정 및 갱신 신청서를 제출할 수 있습니다. 현재 활동 중인 프로그램 제공자는 로그인하여 조직을 설정하고 프로필을 인증하는 것이 좋습니다.​​

라이선스 및 인증 부서(LCD)는 이제 자동 청산소(ACH) 네트워크를 통해 처리되는 전자 자금 이체를 이용한 온라인 결제를 허용합니다. 전자 방식으로 수수료를 지불하려는 의료기관은 캘리포니아주 의료 서비스국 내에 제공된 지침을 따를 수 있습니다:​​ 

EFT 온라인 포털​​ 

The Licensing and Certification Division (LCD) focuses on compliance with State and Federal statute, regulations, and other governing requirements.  LCD oversees licensing and certification functions, monitoring, and complaints for Driving-Under-the-Influence Programs, Narcotic Treatment Programs, residential mental health programs, and outpatient and residential providers.  LCD also oversees and conducts complaint investigations on certified Alcohol and Other Drug counselors and counselor certification.  LCD is also responsible for the licensing, monitoring, unusual occurrence reviews, and complaints for Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers, Psychiatric Health Facilities, and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities, as well as the approvals of  5150 facilities designated by the counties for the purpose of 72-hour treatment and evaluation under the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act and the Children’s Civil Commitment and Mental Health Treatment Act.​​
