비상 상황 관리 인센티브 관리자
캘리포니아주 보건의료서비스국(DHCS)은 DHCS 행동 건강 부서를 대신하여 본 제안요청서(RFP) #22-20180을 공개합니다.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from firms that are able to support the implementation of DHCS’ Contingency Management pilot. For more information, please visit DHCS’ Contingency Management pilot homepage. This RFP solicits proposals for Incentive Manager services to manage the electronic tracking and distribution of incentives to Medi-Cal beneficiaries who participate in the Contingency Management pilot.
DHCS는 선정된 제안자가 소변 약물 검사 결과와 사전 결정된 알고리즘을 기반으로 인센티브 금액을 계산하고, 프로그램 참여자에게 인센티브를 지급하고, DHCS 프로토콜에 따라 인센티브 지급 날짜 및 금액을 추적하고, 수혜자, 지급 및 프로그램 데이터를 DHCS에 제공하기 위한 중앙 집중식 전자 메커니즘을 제공하도록 계획하고 있습니다.

IMPORTANT: This RFP has been officially released to the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) using the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. Please use the instructions provided below to navigate to, and download, the RFP. All subsequent document releases for this RFP will also be made to the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. As noted on the CD home page, it is highly recommended that all vendors wishing to contract with the State of California complete registration for the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal system as it is the official location for RFP/IFB releases. Registration will also allow vendors to receive automatic notifications when contracting opportunities are posted for business categories of their choosing. If selected as a contractor, this system will be used for payments covered by the contract.
