The purpose of this Letter of Intent Portal is to streamline the process of submitting an LOI to the DHCS Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This portal contains an online LOI submission link and an interactive map that provides potential and existing PACE Organizations a visual to plan locations appropriately relative to the needs of each ZIP code, while simultaneously enabling oversight by DHCS.​​
