Medi-Cal 현재 의사 방문, 병원 진료, 예방 접종, 임신 관련 서비스, 요양원 케어 등 핵심적인 건강 혜택을 제공하고 있습니다. 건강보험개혁법은 모든 Medi-Cal 의료 보험이 필수 건강 혜택(EHB)을 제공하도록 보장합니다. 이 10가지 종합 서비스에는 다음과 같은 카테고리가 포함됩니다:
- 외래 환자(외래) 서비스
- 긴급 서비스
- 입원
- 출산 및 신생아 관리
- 정신 건강 및 약물 사용 장애 서비스
- 처방약
- 물리 및 작업 치료(재활 치료 & 재활 서비스) 및 장치와 같은 프로그램

2018년 1월 1일부터 시행되는 성인 치과 혜택 전체 수복물
Medi-Cal offers comprehensive preventative and restorative dental benefits to both children and adults. You can find a Medi-Cal dentist on the Medi-Cal Dental Provider Referral List, or by calling (800) 322-6384.
In addition, Senate Bill 97 (Chapter 52, Statutes of 2017) fully restored adult optional dental benefits that were not restored in May 2014. This policy is effective January 1, 2018. Restored benefits will include, for example: Laboratory processed crowns, posterior root canal therapy, periodontal services, and partial dentures, including denture adjustments, repairs, and relines. The full dental benefits are listed in the Dental Provider Handbook, Section 5, Manual of Criteria, posted on the Medi-Cal Dental website. Adult Dental benefits that will remain in place and do not change as a result of the 2014 or 2018 restorations:

정신 건강 및 약물 사용 장애 서비스 혜택
이제 Drug Medi-Cal 을 통해 다음과 같은 약물 사용 장애 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 이는 선택적 Drug Medi-Cal 조직 전달 시스템(DMC-ODS) 카운티에 거주하는 수혜자를 대상으로 합니다:
- 외래 환자 서비스
- 집중 외래 환자 서비스
- 거주 치료(모든 등록자를 위한 다양한 수준의 치료, 병상 제한 없음)
- 출금 관리
- 마약 치료 서비스
- 복구 서비스
- 사례 관리
- 의사 상담
- 추가 약물 보조 치료(선택 사항)
- 부분 입원(선택 사항)
옵트인 DMC-ODS 카운티에 거주하지 않는 수혜자의 경우 다음과 같은 약품 메디칼 혜택을 이용할 수 있습니다:

- 주산기 거주 치료(16병상 제한)
- 마약 치료 프로그램 서비스
