You can pay the Medi-Cal lien by submitting an electronic funds transfer payment online or sending a payment by check in the mail. All payments must include the member’s DHCS account number to ensure the payment is applied to the correct account. Partial payments will be credited to the account but will not be considered as full payment of the lien.​​

• Enrolled User Payment: Ideal for entities that manage numerous cases and make multiple payments. This option allows the user to schedule future payments and track payment history. To become an enrolled user, complete the following:​​ 
  • 1단계:​​  신규 등록 요청을 완료합니다.​​  DHCS에서 정보를 확인하고 등록 사용자 계정을 생성하는 데 영업일 기준 5일이 소요됩니다.​​  
  • 2단계​​ : 등록 사용자로 등록합니다. 등록 확인을 받으면 DHCS에서 제공하는 지침을 따르세요.​​

Payment by check: Send the check and include the member’s DHCS account number to the address provided below. Allow 15 to 30 business days for DHCS to receive and apply the payment to the member’s account.​​
