Licensing and Certification Portal Now Available for Substance Use Disor​der (SUD) License and/or Certification Renewals

There is a new licensing and certification portal for renewal applications. It is available to currently licensed and/or certified SUD providers within 150 days of license and/or certification expiration. Providers with renewals beyond 150 days are encouraged to sign in and verify their profile to receive notifications when their renewal becomes available.​
