The 1915(b) Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) Waiver Special Terms and Conditions (STCs) require the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to post Mental Health Plan (MHP) Quality Improvement Plans, and Plans of Correction on its website.  The STCs also require DHCS to submit the External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) quarterly and annual reports regarding the required Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs), and the annual grievance and appeal reports to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  These reports and more information about them may be accessed by clicking the buttons below.
