Dental Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan Transition
Simula sa Hulyo 2025, magkakaroon ng mga pagbabago sa mga plano ng Dental Managed Care (DMC) sa mga county ng Sacramento at Los Angeles (LA).
Ang mga miyembro sa mga county ng Sacramento at LA ay magkakaroon ng opsyon na magpatala sa Health Net of California, Liberty Dental Plan of California, California Dental Network, o Dental Fee-For-Service (FFS) (mga miyembro ng County ng Los Angeles lamang) na epektibo sa Hulyo 1, 2025.
Sa Sacramento County, ang mga miyembrong naka-enroll sa Access Dental Plan o dental FFS ay kakailanganing lumipat sa isa sa mga available na DMC plan: Health Net of California, Liberty Dental Plan of California, o California Dental Network. Ang mga miyembro ng plan at mga naka-enroll sa dental na FFS ay makakakuha ng enrollment packet sa koreo, na tutulong sa kanila na pumili ng bagong plan. Members enrolled in the continuing plans, Health Net or Liberty, will not be impacted by this change. This change does not affect members’ Medi-Cal coverage or benefits. Members’ Medi-Cal coverage and benefits will stay the same even if their DMC plan changes. However, members will have different DMC plan options effective July 1, 2025 with the addition of the California Dental Network and discontinuation of Access Dental Plan, and can change plans if they choose by calling Medi-Cal Health Care Options at (800) 430-4263 (TTY: (800) 430-7077).
