The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Behavioral Health Licensing and Certification Division, Driving-Under-The-Influence (DUI) Section, licenses and performs compliance monitoring on all DUI programs in California. The objectives of the DUI program are to reduce the number of repeat DUI offenses by persons who complete a state-licensed DUI program; and to provide participants an opportunity to address problems related to the use of alcohol and/or other drugs. DHCS does not license internet DUI programs. DUI classes offered via the internet do not meet California’s DUI Program requirements.

Tumatanggap ang Portal ng Paglilisensya at Sertipikasyon ng DHCS ng mga Aplikasyon para sa Paglilisensya sa Pagmamaneho Nang Dahil sa Impluwensya (DUI)

Tumatanggap na ngayon ang DHCS Licensing and Certification Portal ng mga aplikasyon sa paglilisensya para sa mga programang Driving-Under-the-Influence (DUI). Kabilang dito ang mga aplikasyon para sa inisyal, pag-renew, at pag-amyenda, at ang kakayahang ipaalam sa DHCS ang mga pagbabago sa programa. Sinusuportahan na rin ngayon ng portal ang mga pag-renew para sa pagsusumite ng quarterly report sa programa ng DUI. Ang mga lisensyado at prospective na DUI provider ay hinihikayat na lumikha ng profile ng kanilang organisasyon at kumpletuhin ang proseso ng beripikasyon upang masimulan ang paggamit ng portal.
