The submission deadline for the Cost and Reimbursement Comparison Schedule (CRCS) for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2020-21 is March 1, 2022.

Mandatory na Kinakailangan sa CRCS:
Ang mga kalahok sa LEA Medi-Cal Billing Option (LEA BOP) ay kinakailangang taun-taon na patunayan, sa pamamagitan ng proseso ng CRCS, na ang mga pampublikong pondong ginasta upang magbigay ng mga serbisyo ng LEA BOP ay karapat-dapat para sa pederal na pakikilahok sa pananalapi. Note: The LEA Annual Reimbursement Report will assist LEAs to complete CRCS Worksheet F. LEAs should verify the reasonableness between your internal accounting system and the LEA Annual Reimbursement Report and accurately input encounters, units and reimbursement information for each service type on your CRCS form. Potential discrepancies between the LEA Annual Reimbursement Report and your internal system numbers should be documented to support the numbers you input on the CRCS forms and to provide an accounting documentation trail for review and audit.
Note: The FMAP Grouping Reimbursement Percentages Report will assist LEAs to complete the allocation statistics CRCS worksheet. The data provided by DHCS will include a percentage breakdown of each LEA’s total interim reimbursement by aid code groupings that are assigned to each FMAP category. The data represents how much of the LEA’s total reimbursement is attributable to aid codes in each FMAP grouping and the total of all data entered will sum to 100%.

LEAs that do not receive any Medi-Cal reimbursement in the LEA Medi-Cal Billing Option Program for services that were provided in the SFY 2020-21 must submit the “Certification of Zero Reimbursement for LEA Services” DHCS Form 6299a and are not required to submit the CRCS Form 6299.
Submit the Zero Reimbursement Form by March 1, 2022 to LEA.CRCS.Submission@dhcs.ca.gov and use the following naming convention:

Kinakailangang Dokumentasyon:
Ang mga kawani ng DHCS Audits and Investigations (A&I) ay magsasagawa ng desk o field audit ng CRCS upang matukoy ang huling halaga ng settlement. Ang mga sumusuportang dokumento ay dapat mapanatili ng bawat LEA nang hindi bababa sa tatlong taon mula sa petsa ng huling pagsusumite ng CRCS. Ang mga dokumentong ito ay dapat na ma-verify ng A&I. Maaaring iapela ng mga tagapagbigay ng LEA ang mga pagpapasya na ginawa ng DHCS alinsunod sa Welfare and Institutions Code, Seksyon 14171.
Proseso ng Pagsusumite ng CRCS:
Dapat isumite ng mga LEA ang mga sumusunod na electronic file nang hindi lalampas sa Marso 1, 2022, sa LEA.CRCS.Submission@dhcs.ca.gov:
- Excel na bersyon ng nakumpletong CRCS form (lahat ng worksheet)
- Na-scan na bersyon ng orihinal na nilagdaang CRCS form (ibig sabihin, PDF, JPEG, atbp.)
CRCS electronic files and the subject line of the email must follow this naming convention: Fiscal Year.NPI Number.Business LEA Name.Submission Date
- CRCS State Fiscal Year Halimbawa: SFY2021.1234567890.SampleSchoolDistrict.3.1.2022.CRCS.XLS (o .PDF)
Kinakailangan ng mga LEA na panatilihin ang orihinal na hard copy na CRCS kasama ang lahat ng worksheet at ang page ng Certification na nilagdaan ng asul na tinta sa site para sa mga layunin ng pag-audit ng DHCS A&I, kung kinakailangan.
Ang A&I ay nagpapatupad ng 100% reimbursement withhold sa mga provider na higit sa 30 araw na lampas sa takdang petsa ng CRCS. Aalisin ang 100% withhold kapag naisumite na ang delingkwenteng CRCS at naipasa ang pagsusuri sa pagtanggap.
