COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) Communications and Outreach Campaign
Inilalabas ng Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) itong Request for Information (RFI) #22-003 para magbigay ng impormasyon at humingi ng input mula sa Mga Interesado.
DHCS seeks an experienced communications/advertising vendor (“Vendor”) to implement a broad and targeted education and outreach communications campaign for Medi-Cal beneficiaries during and after the end of the COVID-19 PHE (“DHCS COVID-19 PHE Communications and Outreach Campaign” or “Campaign”).
Ang RFI na ito ay inisyu para sa mga layunin ng impormasyon at pagpaplano lamang at hindi bumubuo ng isang pangangalap. Ang tugon sa RFI na ito ay hindi isang alok at hindi maaaring tanggapin ng Estado upang bumuo ng isang umiiral na kontrata. Ang mga sumasagot ay tanging responsable para sa lahat ng mga gastos na nauugnay sa pagtugon sa RFI na ito. Hinihiling ng DHCS sa mga kusang-loob na Respondente na magbahagi ng hindi nagbubuklod na impormasyon sa pagpepresyo ng badyet para sa bawat natukoy na solusyon kung saan hiniling. Ang pagpepresyo ay para lamang sa pagpaplano. Ang anumang pagpepresyo na ibinigay sa isang tugon sa RFI na ito ay hindi ituturing na isang alok sa bahagi ng isang Respondent.

IMPORTANT: This RFI has been officially released to the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) using the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. Please use the instructions provided below to navigate to, and download, the RFI. All subsequent document releases for this RFI will also be made to the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. As noted on the CD home page, it is highly recommended that all vendors wishing to contract with the State of California complete registration for the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal system as it is the official location for RFP/IFB releases. Registration will also allow vendors to receive automatic notifications when contracting opportunities are posted for business categories of their choosing. If selected as a contractor, this system will be used for payments covered by the contract.
