The Excel Participation Prerequisite runs with Macros, therefore you need to set your Macro Security to Medium or Low.  Before opening the survey, open Excel and click the “Tools” menu from the top menu bar then select “Macro” and then “Security”. In the dialog box, verify security is set to Medium or Low.  This should enable you to use the survey properly.  If you set security to Medium, you will need to select “Enable Macros” when prompted. ​​

Tatakbo ang Excel 2007 sa Participation Prerequisite sa compatibility mode.  Kapag binubuksan at isinasara ang Participation Prerequisite, magkakaroon ng kapansin-pansing pagkaantala habang nilo-load ng Excel ang aming mga macro sa compatibility mode. Habang naglo-load ang Excel kapag nagbubukas o nag-aalis kapag nagsasara, maaari mong makita ang "Hindi Tumutugon" sa Excel Title Bar.  Para mapabilis ang pagsasara ng Participation Prerequisite, i-save muna ang survey pagkatapos ay isara ang survey pagkatapos ay lumabas sa Excel.​​
