You may apply for Medi-Cal before or after requesting HCBS waiver and program services.

On your Medi-Cal application, you must indicate that you need long term care services and support.

Mga Panuntunan sa Pagiging Karapat-dapat sa Espesyal na Medi-Cal

Kung ikaw ay kasalukuyang nasa waiting list para sa HCBS waiver o mga serbisyo ng Programa, ang mga espesyal na tuntunin sa pagiging karapat-dapat Medi-Cal ay maaaring ilapat kung ikaw ay

• Kasal o nasa rehistradong domestic partnership at
