Mga Bahagi ng MHSA
Ang pagpopondo ng MHSA ay may limang bahagi:

Mga Serbisyo at Suporta sa Komunidad (CSS)
Ang bahagi ng CSS ay ang pinakamalaki sa lahat ng limang bahagi ng MHSA. Ginagamit ang pagpopondo upang magbigay ng mga direktang serbisyo sa mga nasa hustong gulang at matatandang may sapat na gulang na may malubhang sakit sa isip at mga bata at kabataan na may malubhang emosyonal na kaguluhan na nakakatugon sa mga pamantayang itinakda sa Welfare and Institutions Code (W&I Code) seksyon 5600.3.
Ang bahagi ng CSS ay may mga sumusunod na kategorya ng serbisyo:
- Mga Serbisyo ng Full Service Partnership (FSP).
- Outreach and Engagement (O&E) Services
- Pangkalahatang Pagbuo ng Sistema (GSD)
Tinutulungan din ng CSS ang mga county na gamitin ang mga pondo sa pabahay sa mga lokal na pakikipagsosyo upang magtayo at mag-renovate ng mga yunit ng pabahay para sa mga indibidwal na may malubhang sakit sa isip na walang tirahan o nasa panganib ng kawalan ng tirahan.

Innovation (INN)
The INN component funds projects designed to test time-limited new or changing mental health practices that have not yet been demonstrated as effective. The purpose of the INN component is to infuse new, effective mental health approaches into the mental health system, both for the originating county and throughout California. These projects may focus on increasing access to underserved groups, increasing the quality of services including measurable outcomes, promoting interagency and community collaboration, or increasing access to mental health services. AB 1467, chaptered in June 2012, reinstated the MHSOAC’s authority to approve county Innovation plans.
