  The Department issues policy and procedures regarding the Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) Program via a Policy and Procedures Letters (PPL's).

and Drug Bulletins and Letters
 

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) issues Bulletins and Letters to all California counties providing alcohol and drug services, which inform counties of new or changed policies and/or procedures.

• All County Welfare Directors Letters

   (E-PARC)
  Access the E-PARC database to search for All County Welfare Director's Letters written and released by the Medi-Cal Eligibility Division to the 58 counties informing counties of policies and procedures for the implementation and administration of the Medi-Cal program.

• Children's Medical Services Branch Letters and Notices
  California Children's Services, Child Health and Disability Prevention Program, Genetically Handicapped Persons Program, and High Risk Infant Follow-Up Letters.

• Low Income Health Program
  The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)　issues Low Income Health Program Policy and Procedure Letters, which inform counties of new or changed policies and/or procedures.

• Medi-Cal Eligibility Division Information and All County Welfare Director's Letters
  A static listing of all letters written and released by the Medi-Cal Eligibility Division to the 58 counties by year informing the counties of information concerning the Medi-Cal program.

• Medi-Cal Managed Care All Plan and Policy Letters
  The All Plan Letters are the means by which the Medi-Cal Managed Care conveys information or interpretation of changes in policy or procedure at the Federal or State levels.  The Policy Letters provide instruction to the contractors about changes in Federal or State law and Regulation that affect the way in which they operate, or deliver services to Medi-Cal beneficiaries.

• Mental Health Information Notices and Letters 
  The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) issues Mental Health Letters and Information Notices to all California counties providing mental health services, which inform counties of new or changed policies and/or procedures.
