  • Administrative Claiming Policy and Procedure Letters
     
    The Department issues policy and procedures regarding the Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) Program via a Policy and Procedures Letters (PPL's).
  • All County Welfare Directors Letters
    Letters written and released by the Medi-Cal Eligibility Division to the 58 counties informing the counties of policies and procedures for the implementation and administration of the Medi-Cal program.
  • Children's Medical Services Branch Letters and Notices
    California Children's Services, Child Health and Disability Prevention Program, Genetically Handicapped Persons Program, and High Risk Infant Follow-Up Letters

  • Medi-Cal Eligibility Branch Information Letters
    Letters written and released by the Medi-Cal Eligibility Division to the 58 counties informing the counties of  information concerning the Medi-Cal program that is not policies and procedures.
  • Medi-Cal Managed Care All Plan and Policy Letters
    The All Plan Letters are the means by which the Medi-Cal Managed Care conveys information or interpretation of changes in policy or procedure at the Federal or State levels.  The Policy Letters provide instruction to the contractors about changes in Federal or State law and Regulation that affect the way in which they operate, or deliver services to Medi-Cal beneficiaries.
