​​During the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE), Medi-Cal beneficiaries have stayed enrolled in the program. If your contact information or household circumstances have
changed, please update your information today by contacting your local county office.

This may help you keep your Medi-Cal coverage after the COVID-19 PHE ends.​


  1. Update your contact information
    Make sure Medi-Cal has your current name, mailing address, phone number, email address, or other contact information. This way, counties can contact you about your Medi-Cal. Find your local county office, or call the Medi-Cal Member Helpline at (800) 541-5555.
  2. Log into your online account
    Make sure your Covered California, BenefitsCal, or MyBenefitsCalWIN account has your current contact information.
​Log into your BenefitsCal account if you live in the following counties:

Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Glenn, Humboldt, Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Lake, Lassen, Los Angeles, Madera, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Mono, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Plumas, Riverside, San Benito, San Bernardino, San Joaquin, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tuolumne, or Yuba.
Log into your MyBenefitsCalWIN account if you live in the following counties:

​Alameda, ​Contra Costa, Fresno, Orange, Placer, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Tulare, Ventura, or Yolo.​
