ابتداءً من يوليو 2025، ستكون هناك تغييرات في خطط الرعاية المُدارة لطب الأسنان (DMC) في مقاطعتي ساكرامنتو ولوس أنجلوس (LA).
سيتاح للأعضاء في مقاطعتي ساكرامنتو ولوس أنجلوس خيار التسجيل في Health Net of California أو Liberty Dental Plan of California أو California Dental Network أو شبكة كاليفورنيا لطب الأسنان أو رسوم مقابل الخدمة (أعضاء مقاطعة لوس أنجلوس فقط) اعتبارًا من يوليو 1 ، 2025.
في مقاطعة ساكرامنتو، سيُطلب من الأعضاء المسجلين في خطة Access Dental Plan أو خطة طب الأسنان FFS للأسنان الانتقال إلى إحدى خطط DMC المتاحة: Health Net of California أو Liberty Dental Plan of California أو Liberty Dental Plan of California أو California Dental Network. سيحصل أعضاء الخطة والمسجلون في خطة التأمين الصحي الشامل للأسنان على حزمة تسجيل في البريد، والتي ستساعدهم على اختيار خطة جديدة. إذا لم يقم العضو أو المسجل الحالي في نظام FFS باختيار خطة بحلول شهر يونيو 20 ، 2025 ؛ سيتم اختيار خطة DMC لهم، والتي ستبدأ في يوليو 1 2025.

Members enrolled in the continuing plans, Health Net or Liberty, will not be impacted by this change. This change does not affect members’ Medi-Cal coverage or benefits. Members’ Medi-Cal coverage and benefits will stay the same even if their DMC plan changes. However, members will have different DMC plan options effective July 1, 2025 with the addition of the California Dental Network and discontinuation of Access Dental Plan, and can change plans if they choose by calling Medi-Cal Health Care Options at (800) 430-4263 (TTY: (800) 430-7077).
