أجرت إدارة خدمات الرعاية الصحية في DHCS برنامجًا تجريبيًا لبرنامج حوافز التعافي من مارس 2023 حتى مارس 2024. إن مقاطعات DMC-ODS غير المدرجة في الأصل في البرنامج مؤهلة الآن للاشتراك في تقديم خدمات إدارة الطوارئ (CM) كجزء من برنامج حوافز التعافي.​​ 

DMC-ODS counties may elect to opt in to the Recovery Incentives Program and provide CM services at any time through the duration of the CalAIM 1115 demonstration period (ending December 31, 2026). DMC-ODS counties are required to complete and submit to DHCS an Implementation Plan (IP). The Recovery Incentives Program Implementation Plan template shall be completed and submitted along with the required supporting documents stated in the IP to DHCS for approval at RecoveryIncentives@dhcs.ca.gov.​​
