اجزای MHSA
بودجه MHSA دارای پنج جزء است:
- خدمات و پشتیبانی جامعه (CSS)
- پیشگیری و مداخله اولیه (PEI)
- نوآوری (INN)
- تسهیلات سرمایه و نیازهای فناوری (CFTN)
- آموزش و آموزش نیروی کار (WET)
خدمات و پشتیبانی جامعه (CSS)
مؤلفه CSS بزرگترین مؤلفه از پنج مؤلفه MHSA است. بودجه برای ارائه خدمات مستقیم به بزرگسالان و افراد مسن مبتلا به بیماری روانی جدی و کودکان و جوانان مبتلا به اختلالات عاطفی جدی که معیارهای مندرج در بخش 5600.3 کد موسسات و رفاه (W&I Code) را برآورده می کنند، استفاده می شود.
جزء CSS دارای دسته های خدمات زیر است:
- خدمات مشارکت کامل خدمات (FSP).
- خدمات توسعه و مشارکت (O&E).
- توسعه سیستم عمومی (GSD)
CSS همچنین به شهرستانها کمک میکند تا از بودجه مسکن در مشارکتهای محلی برای ساخت و بازسازی واحدهای مسکونی برای افراد مبتلا به بیماری روانی جدی که بیخانمان هستند یا در معرض خطر بی خانمانی هستند، استفاده کنند.

نوآوری (INN)
The INN component funds projects designed to test time-limited new or changing mental health practices that have not yet been demonstrated as effective. The purpose of the INN component is to infuse new, effective mental health approaches into the mental health system, both for the originating county and throughout California. These projects may focus on increasing access to underserved groups, increasing the quality of services including measurable outcomes, promoting interagency and community collaboration, or increasing access to mental health services. AB 1467, chaptered in June 2012, reinstated the MHSOAC’s authority to approve county Innovation plans.
