DHCS has established Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide training, technical assistance, and fidelity monitoring support to county behavioral health delivery systems and behavioral health practitioners in implementing evidence-based practices (EBPs) under BH-CONNECT and the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA).
