CalAIM: DHCS, 메디칼 매니지 케어에 두 가지 서비스 편입 연기 제안​​ 

2월 1일, 재무부(DOF)는 발달 장애인 중간 케어 시설(ICF/DD) 및 성인 및 소아 아급성기 케어 시설 서비스의 카브인 시행을 7월 1, 2023 에서 1월 1, 2024 로 연기하는 것을 제안하는 DHCS 의 예고 법안 문구를 게시했습니다.1월부터 1, 2024, ICF/DD 또는 아급성기 치료 시설 서비스를 받는 가입자는 Medi-Cal 매니지 케어 플랜(MCP)에 등록해야 하며 DHCS는 MCP가 이러한 서비스를 보장하도록 요구할 것입니다.

새로운 아동 및 청소년 행동 건강 이니셔티브(CYBHI) 보고서​​ 

최근 캘리포니아 보건국(California Health & )의 의뢰를 받아 아동, 청소년, 가족, 지역사회 구성원들이 새로운 행동 건강 생태계에서 원하는 것을 강조하는 새로운 보고서가 발표되었습니다.

이 보고서는 26개 파트너 기관이 600명 이상의 개인을 대상으로 진행한 회의의 결과물입니다. 시스템 혁신, 서비스 재구상, 사고의 전환을 위한 12가지 행동 지침과 비전을 제시합니다. 자세한 내용은 CYBHI 웹사이트에서 확인하세요.

어린이 보청기 보장 프로그램(HACCP) 신규 제공자 매뉴얼 섹션​​ 

HACCP는 제공자가 자격, 허용되는 서비스, 의학적 필요성 및 치료 승인 요청(TAR)에 대한 기준을 더 잘 이해할 수 있도록 아동용 보청기 보장 프로그램이라는 제목의 새로운 제공자 매뉴얼 섹션을 추가했습니다. HACCP는 Medi-Cal 수혜 자격이 없고 기타 자격 기준을 충족하는 0세에서 20세 사이의 어린이 및 청소년에게 특정 Medi-Cal 보청기 관련 혜택에 대한 주정부 전용 보장을 확대합니다. 추가 프로그램 정보는 HACCP 웹페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다.​​ 

추가 언어로 제공되는 온라인 신청서​​ 

Families using HACCP’s Online Application Portal to apply for hearing aid coverage may now complete their application in Chinese or Korean, in addition to English and Spanish. Additional threshold language translations are coming soon. Families requiring language assistance, or other support to complete their application, may call HACCP at (833) 956-2878 (Multilingual, TTY/TTD, Video Relay Service) or email HACCP@maximus.com. 메디칼 치과 서비스를 위한 캘리포니아 스마일 캠페인​​ 

Oh February 1, the National Children’s Dental Health Month (NCDHM) promotion launched. For NCDHM 2023, Smile, California is focusing on the importance of preventive dental care by inspiring Medi-Cal members to love their teeth and visit the dentist regularly during the month of February, with resources available on SmileCalifornia.org and SonrieCalifornia.org.

A Smile, California Smile Alert for the NCDHM promotion will be sent the week of February 6 to partners, providers, and stakeholders who are subscribed to receive the monthly e-newsletter. Sign up for Smile Alerts to stay informed about the Smile, California campaign, new resources, and updates.

1월 31일, DHCS는 ECM 및 CS 서비스를 지원하기 위한 PATH 역량 및 인프라 전환, 확장 및개발(CITED) 자금의 첫 번째 라운드에 대한 시상식을 발표했습니다. DHCS는 지원자들의 높은 관심과 수준 높은 지원으로 인해 1라운드의 원래 펀딩 금액을 늘렸습니다. 이번 주에 1A 라운드가 수여되었으며, 2023년 3월에 추가 자금인 1B 라운드가 수여될 예정이라고 발표되었습니다. 1라운드A와 1라운드B 수상자는 모두 1라운드 지원자 풀에서 선정됩니다.

PATH 사법 관련(JI) 2라운드 신청이 다시 시작됩니다.​​ 

On January 30, DHCS reopened the PATH JI Round 2 application window, which closes on March 31. Round 2 funding supports correctional agencies, institutions, and other JI stakeholders as they implement pre-release Medi-Cal enrollment and suspension processes. On February 8, from 12 to 1 p.m., UCLA will release the final evaluation of the WPC pilot project and host a webinar (advanced registration required) to present selected findings from the final WPC evaluation report. The evaluation findings describe a major and expansive effort in California to address the needs of the most vulnerable Medi-Cal members who were high utilizers of services. The presentation will outline changes, as well as challenges faced by the 25 participating pilots. Additionally, Susan Philip, Deputy Director of DHCS’ Health Care Delivery Systems, will discuss the relevance of the findings for CalAIM, and share next steps in caring for high-need, high-cost Medi-Cal members.

In 2016, California launched the WPC pilot project to integrate medical, behavioral health, and social services for a vulnerable group of Medi-Cal members identified as high users of multiple systems and who continue to have poor health outcomes. The UCLA Center for Health Policy Research’s Health Economics and Evaluation Research Program was chosen to conduct the statewide evaluation of the WPC pilot project, which ended in 2021.

On February 9, DHCS will hold two public stakeholder meetings via webinar to discuss regulatory provider bulletins. “Requirements and Procedures for the Medi-Cal Enrollment of Providers Offering Services Remotely or Indirectly from their Business Address” will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. “Discontinuation of COVID-19 Emergency Fee-for-Service Medi-Cal Enrollment” will be held from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Stakeholders will have the opportunity to submit questions and suggestions during the hearing; written comments will be accepted on the day of the hearings until 5 p.m. Based on the public comments received, DHCS will publish the final bulletins on the Medi-Cal and DHCS websites. The changes will become effective 30 days after publication.

2월 15일 오후 3시부터 4시 30분까지 DHCS는 관리 보건부(DMHC)와 협력하여 CYBHI에 따른 학교 기반 행동 건강 서비스에 대한 주 전체 전액 지불자 수수료 일정의 개발을 알리기 위해 세 번째 공개 CYBHI 수수료 일정 작업 그룹 회의(사전 등록 필요) 를 화상으로 개최합니다. DHCS와 DMHC는 프로그램 설계의 개발과 개선을 위해 다양한 정책 및 운영 주제에 대해 워킹그룹 멤버들을 참여시킬 것입니다.

이해관계자 자문 위원회(SAC) 및 행동 건강 이해관계자 자문 위원회(BH-SAC) 회의​​ 

2월 16일 오전 9시 30분부터 오후 3시 30분까지 DHCS에서 다음 SAC 및 BH-SAC 하이브리드 회의가 개최됩니다(사전 등록 필요). 이 회의는 SAC와 BH-SAC가 주제를 공유하는 공동 회의로 열립니다. 합동 회의 이후에는 BH-SAC 단독 회의가 열리며, SAC 단독 회의는 열리지 않습니다. 참석자는 새크라멘토 시내의 1414 K 스트리트에 위치한 캘리포니아 기부금에 직접 방문하거나 가상으로 참석할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 SAC 및 BH-SAC 웹페이지를 참조하세요.
