메디칼 ORP 집행 홍보 및 참여​​ 

Providers who order, refer, or prescribe (ORP) care for Medi-Cal members must be enrolled in Medi-Cal with their Type 1 National Provider Identifier (NPI). This is a federal requirement.​​ 

DHCS는 이러한 제공자들이 유효한 1종(개인) NPI를 사용하여 등록되고 청구서에 정확하게 기재되도록 하기 위한 다년간의 노력을 시작합니다. 이렇게 함으로써 메디칼(Medi-Cal) 데이터의 정확성을 유지하고, 회원의 의료 서비스 접근성을 보호하며, 연방 규정을 준수할 수 있습니다.​​ 

이 요건은 세 가지 Medi-Cal 청구 시스템 모두에 적용됩니다.​​ 

  • 약국 (메디칼 처방전)​​ 
  • 의료 (CA-MMIS)​​ 
  • 행동 건강 (Short-Doyle)​​ 

의료 서비스 제공자가 알아야 할 사항​​ 

  • 진료를 의뢰하거나 처방하는 의료 제공자는 유형 1(개인) NPI를 사용하여 Medi-Cal에 등록 해야 합니다.​​ 
  • DHCS는 청구 시스템 전반에 걸쳐 해당 요건을 시행하기 위한 계획된 단계별 일정을 발표할 예정입니다.​​ 
  • 주문, 의뢰 또는 처방을 내린 의료 제공자가 등록되어 있지 않으면 청구가 거부 될 수 있습니다.​​ 
  • 지금 등록하시면 회원 관리 중단 및 결제 거부를 방지할 수 있습니다.​​

Medi‑Cal ORP Provider Enrollment Office Hours​​ 

To support health care organizations and providers seeking information about Medi‑Cal ORP provider enrollment, the DHCS Pharmacy Benefits Division, Provider Enrollment Division, and CA‑MMIS will host four 45‑minute Office Hour sessions between October 15–23, 2026.​​ 

These sessions give you a chance to:​​ 

  • Ask questions about enrollment requirements​​ 
  • Get support with the PAVE application process​​ 
  • Share feedback related to federal compliance efforts​​ 

Office Hours supplement earlier Town Halls (July 30, September 24) and the August Forums on individual provider enrollment enforcement.​​
