Like all Medicare beneficiaries, dual eligible beneficiaries can choose whether to receive care through Original Medicare, or enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan, sometimes called “Part C” or “MA Plans.” In California there are several types of Medicare Advantage plans, and plan options vary by county.
Some plans provide integrated care, across both Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits. The My Care My Choice website provides information about integrated care options in each county, and local HICAP organizations can also provide assistance.

"일반" 메디케어 어드밴티지 플랜은 이중 자격 및 메디케어 전용 가입자 모두에게 서비스를 제공하며, 이중 자격 수혜자에 대한 혜택 및 치료 조정을 위해 DHCS와 같은 주 메디케이드 기관과 서면 계약을 체결할 필요가 없습니다.
메디케어 메디칼 플랜(MMP 또는 메디 메디 플랜)
메디케어 메디칼 플랜(MMP 또는 메디메디 플랜)은 메디케어 어드밴티지 이중 자격 특별 필요 플랜(D-SNP)의 한 유형으로, 통합 진료 조정 요건을 충족하고 통합 가입자 자료를 보유하며, D-SNP와 연계된 메디칼 매니지 케어 플랜에 가입한 이중 자격 개인으로 가입이 제한되어 있습니다. 이러한 연계 등록은 가입자가 메디케어 플랜과 연계된 메디칼 플랜에 가입하지 않을 수 있는 다른 D-SNP보다 더 통합적이고 조정된 치료를 제공합니다. 이중 자격 수혜자가 MMP인 메디케어 플랜을 선택하면 메디케어 플랜과 일치하는 메디칼 플랜에 자동으로 가입되므로 두 가지 혜택에 걸쳐 치료를 조정하는 기관이 한 곳입니다. 메디 메디 플랜은 캘리포니아에서 독점적으로 연계된 등록(EAE) D-SNP를 위한 프로그램 이름입니다.

D-SNP는 이중 자격 수혜자에게 전문 치료 및 포괄적인 서비스를 제공하는 메디케어 어드밴티지 플랜의 한 유형입니다. 가입은 파트 A 및 파트 B 메디케어의 이중 자격 수혜자로 제한됩니다. D-SNP는 플랜에 대한 치료 조정 및 Medicare-Medi-Cal 혜택 조정 요건을 설정하는 주정부 메디케이드 기관 계약(SMAC)을 DHCS와 체결해야 합니다. DHCS는 주법에 따라 각 카운티의 특정 D-SNP와 계약할지 여부를 결정합니다.

Note: D-SNP “look-alike” plans are MA plans that are marketed to, and have membership consisting of, a high percent of dual eligible beneficiaries.
