프로그램 인증
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has the sole authority to certify and monitor all outpatient alcohol or other drug programs, also known as substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs that offer treatment, recovery, detoxification, or Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) services. DHCS-certified SUD treatment programs are required to comply with the outlined requirement in the DHCS Certification for Alcohol and Other Drug Programs (revised February 2025); these certification requirements are effective immediately and supersedes previous versions.

- 제2편 3.01장(1568.01절로 시작)에 따라 주 사회복지부에서 허가한 만성적이고 생명을 위협하는 질병을 앓고 있는 사람을 위한 거주 요양 시설.
- 제2부 3.2장(섹션 1569로 시작)에 따라 주 사회복지부에서 허가한 노인 주거용 요양 시설.
- Adult day health care center’s licensed by the State Department of Social Services in accordance with Chapter 3.3 (commencing with Section 1570) of Division 2.
- 교육법에 정의된 공립 초등학교 및 중등학교.
- 청소년 사법 시설을 포함한 카운티 교도소 및 주 교정 기관.
인증 획득에 대한 정보를 원하는 제공업체는 초기 인증 신청서(DHCS 6040)에 포함된 지침과 절차를 읽어보시기 바랍니다. 신청자는 최초 인증 신청서를 작성하고 신청서에 명시된 모든 필수 서류와 수수료를 제출해야 합니다.
기존 인증 외래 환자 프로그램에 서비스를 추가하거나 수정하는 데 대한 정보를 원하는 인증 제공자는 인증 수정 신청서(DHCS 6042)에 포함된 지침 및 절차를 읽어보시기 바랍니다. 신청자는 인증 수정 신청서를 작성하고 신청서에 명시된 모든 필수 서류와 수수료를 제출해야 합니다.
Certified providers shall submit to DHCS the Application for Certification Renewal (DHCS 6043), biennial fees, and all required information at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of certification. Failure to submit the Application for Certification Renewal form and fees for certification renewal at least 90 days prior to the expiration of certification shall result in automatic termination of the certification at the end of the two-year period.
